Kinda spoilerish but whatever... xDYep Meg lost in the the end of the 2nd Movie his left eye and a damaged arm and thats how they do it in the 3rd movie for his look.
He transform this time in a..... dirty.... tank-dont-know-what-the-heck-it-is? XD
Anyway he gots this mantle to cover up his arm and eye...

Just seeing the leaked toy photos made me excited for the movie. Imagining that drape on Megatron's head and shoulders majestically flowing while he kicks Autobutt, while Soundwave and Shockwave back him up...
