Description
Before I go into his personality I wanna clear a few things; 1 I decided to not do a simple background and instead tried to make a galaxy background I such at making galaxy backgrounds but it actually looks pretty good for my first time I know I could've used a Google image background but I just didn't want to so I made my own galaxy background so yeah; 2 I decided to make this Chief justice to wear white because I don't think that I seen a chief justice with a fully white justice gown or whatever you wanna call it, well atleast not that a know of if I think about qwq....Also I wanted to change the design a little I decided to leave out the head band and have him wear flats instead of brown loafers. Now I got that out of the way let's get into his personality UwU

Personality
He is a Gentle and kind person that just wants the best for the Cogs and his family and friends alike, he is genuinely a really nice person and even made friends with some toons, tho he's sensitive [like Christopher his best friend], and also introvert he only makes friends if he wants to or has no choice if someone sees him, he gets bullied sometimes for even showing negative emotions and called him a cry baby, too sensitive or too serious, not to mention hes a nervous wreck sometimes if he feels like if he's not doing his job right, or in a interview, also he has a bad side and if he's dealing with so much negative emotions at once he will be forced to show his dark side, but besides him being sensitive and emotional he is just a kind loving person that just wants for the best for his family and friends ^///w///^
