I like onions truth be told!
 Even when making a very ghetto dish, spaghetti with tomato sauce, it's good to just cook onions in a pan, slap some sour cream, all the spices in the pantry, some water and some mayo, and cook it out a bit
 it's so ghetto, but imo it's delicious
 And beef is delicious too. But really pricy.

Funny thing, i hate raw onions but the more they are cooked and messed around with the more i like them...fried onions, onion gravy, onion chutney, onion 'insert pretty much anything here' I like them all.  If i ever find a Japanese restaurant around here i'm so gonna try that stuff!
