Places in the Midwest have meth and heroin. New York and California, in particular, have a homeless problem, gangs like MS-13, the Bloods, and the Crips. Chicago is one of the country's most violent cities (some of the most strict gun control laws, too, ironically), and places like Miami are known hot spots for sex traffickers.
