What I mean with emotional is that she seems really sad by her emotions and she is sitting on a very high place on something that seems a bit unstable. But still she seem to feel quite comfortable up there, like it's "her place", where no one can get to her.
And that is really emotional and artistic I think. Because if a drawing can say so many things with so many feelings, then it's really emotional and artistic I think! (:
