It's mostly the warm tone of the whole thing, given of by the sunlight. Makes it feel like a lazy weekend morning. Really most of the color share that tone save for the lower sister's clothing which serve as some form of contrast. Honestly I like how that brings her out in the scene more. Framing is good, having the two in the middle has, what I feel, the intended effect of having the watcher look at them first.
One thing I did notice that was a little off would be the lower sister's left arm. It looks to come up quite high without the elbow or upper arm following properly, but really that would be my one and only nit pick. Posing works toward the piece's feeling by being more laid back. These things coming together make for a nice feel that shines throughout the picture, kinda like the sunlight.

And I mean come on, at the end of the day who doesn't like a cute girl or two.

The one thing that is in my head right now is having them in a cool night setting, don't have anything in mind as to what the idea of the piece could be, but that is what hits my head at this moment.

yes!  I love the angle... and I love the story behind the image.  It's more than just a piece of art... it tells a story.  A delicate moment in time... I want to know what's next!
