Description
Often a subject of battle debate, in my take on it; Superman, who is affected by solar radiation has a tougher time in the fight against a creature powered by and leaking gamma radiation. Who would win? I couldn't care less. They're both too over-powered IMO.Related content

I can agree with this. I've been reading an article on how kryptonite works, and they say it produces radiation similar to Gamma Rays, which is Hulk's power. Good job on the piece, BTW.

I think Superman can actually absorb Hulk's radiation and change him back to Banner.

I think it would be deadly for him to absorb gamma radiation, it is the most powerful and deadliest solar radiation. Plus, it's such a part of Banner now absorbing it might kill banner- which superman wouldn't do.

Unless Superman absorbs enough radiation to change him back to Banner and stopping before killing him.
The sun produces gamma radiation, among others, so I guess Superman can absorb it too.

supposedly he only absorbs a particular "frequency" of radiation. The sun only produces gamma range when it goes nova or has some other catastrophic fission event. Just like we get skin cancer for solar radiation- Gamma radiation should be harmful to him- it doesn't need to kill him, but it should at the least make him sick.

Superman has quite an interesting alien physiology.

LOL you're not the first one to say that. The answer is; I don't. Out of hundreds of illustrations I have there are only 4 with Superman taking a beating. I've collected Superman comics for more than 30 years- that's a lot of money on something I "hate". Look at it this way; when you want to show how tough someone is, you put them up against the best. Besides, he's Superman- he can take it.
