I don't see how sentry by himself could beat galactus but I do see him crushing earth

I don't think he can but he did stalemate (according to Spider-Man) a (possibly) weakened Galactus.

I mean if he was made a Herald of Galactus, plus the power he already has, I feel like he could take Galactus.  Great art.

It turned out worse for Galactus when the the Sentry's evil side emerges and kills him after starving him near to death. The Void ends up in the Ultimates universe as Gah Lak Tus.
