I really like the colour palette here ^o^ The desaturated colours on him [for the most part] and in the beegee emphasize his eyes. Expressive expression is expressive. :< *hugs him* ...also I love that lightning \o/ And the background in general

It does! When I was redesigning myKnux I had him in shorts for a little bit, but considering mine is supposed to be a giant asshole, they looked super ridiculous on him for some reason 8V Idk. Jerks don't wear shorts.

I think I was sorta going for something like that as well, only more tribal echidna-flavoured. I need to redo the concept art for him... but I wound up with something sort of like you'd imagine from southwestern native American culture. He has an awesome poncho for colder weather, which I need to draw him in '__' Anyway, the hat works pretty well with that, as do those shoes. And it makes sense if you consider in Sonic Adventure making ancient echidnas' locale and style similar to Central America. (God, I'm horrible about ranting.
