More to be done to this? Can't wait to see it. You are doing a fantastic job with it. I like the glow lighting effects you have added thus fair. I can tell you are really going to deliver with this piece when finished. ^_^ Eagerly awaiting the finished project.

He looks exasperated at the electricity on his arm. As if he went to get his morning toaster waffles, and his claws contacted the inside of the toaster... "Not AGAIN!"

I adore the line of his mouth.

But yes, this is looking very awesome ~ I would definitely put in a dark background to pull out the ruvley eyeglow effects . Also, if you're going to keep the composition like that, I would put more whitespace to the left and to the top.... to make it look intentional instead of 'oops I am a spastic retard fangirl and I drew it crooked.'

cool, I like the tail, that part remind me of the knux metallix. Scary dude.
