Description
This's my friend Sam Cyber Cat's character. Had the lineart laying around and decided to color it out of bordum.I changed some colors, because I can and felt like doing something different, but mostly because I couldn't remember her original colors.

Mecha Rouge! I remember seeing Sam's design of her ages ago, and been meaning to draw a picture. But then I wasted myself on a Mecha Big. >.> <.<
