Step1: Check whether you clicked the wrong key!
Step2: Make sure it is on medium beat.
Step3: All those White Keys on top are quite the same.. so check!

Jackie, maybe you clicked a wrong key. Or maybe you played it too slowly, and the game didn't recognise the beat. Well, I might say I played slower than a camel though..
