Personality: Tosh is a bit shy and very skittish. He avoids having to do the actual exorcisms, and absolutely despises the time he HAS to go. He spends most of the time hiding, and is terrified of any kind of ghost. He mostly gives every Pokemon a clean slate at the start of each day, but he's easily angered around obnoxious people, and can be quick to judge. He enjoys mostly the company of Pokemon like himself, quiet and at least a little sophisticated.
Take on newbies: He doesn't think any different of newbies than everyday Pokemon. He treats them the same as anybody else, until they give him a reason to dislike them.
