I really am getting a great sense of dimension here. You seem to understand color theory well, and I agree with everyone that there's really something about this piece that makes it pop. The unfinished edges give it a little character, too.

Thank you! this was painted from life, from this wonderful object that i found on the street while gallery hopping. After picking it up, i entered a gallery and set it down... people thought it was artwork!!! I wish i never let that thing go. It was fabulous to paint. Thanks again!

Yeah, i loved this object. Found it on a street corner as i was gallery-hoping. Brought it into a gallery with me and set it on the floor.... people thought it was a sculpture piece by the artist haha
