I think this is one of your best works. The texturing is very well done. Just from looking at it the viewer can almost feel the smoothness of the bones, the slimy meat of the peeled away interior flesh and the silkiness of the rose petals.
I especially like how the face halves came out and how realistically you did it's features, especially the lips and eyes. It's beautiful and yet a little disturbing how one eye is staring off into another direction while the other is staring right at the viewer.
I think the shading is spot on and just adds to the realism of it and gives it a very haunting Gothic look.
My only critique, which I think is a minor one at best, would be to have textured the hair to look more realistic and detailed so it matches the amount you poured into the rest of the piece.
