Scourge is my favorite Warriors character. I loved the manga he was in.I tried making him look adolescent. Not a kitten, not an adult.
I like the eyes but not the shading

Well, it's difficult to shade something so dark. Keep that in mind. I like the eyes too.
Where I think you could have shown some improvement is in Scourge's left ear. The perspective makes it appear behind the head. Take a hard look at some 3/4 perspective examples of this style of artwork for a reference.
All-in-all, though, I like this one a lot.
