Verdrago is a powerful Forest Dragon, a species of dragon that live in forests and have very strong connections to nature and it's moods.
Instead of fire, he breathes a magic induced breath that revitalizes all plants, flowers and natural food stock it comes into contact.

As guardian of the forest (his powers the strongest in summer and weakest in winter), Verdrago has earned the respect of the people who lived near the forest, who in turn offer tribute and offerings to the dragon either to bless them with a prosperous harvest or even to help lost people in the forest to find a way back home.

But, if someone or some people dare to disrespect Verdrago, cause damage to the forest for selfish reasons or even bring bloodshed into the forest, Verdrago WILL strike them down with a breath of poisonous air that kills within a few lungfuls.

In recent times, Verdraco is rarely seen and often presumed dead. But he's still around, protecting the forest and the wildlife that inhabit it as he has done for countless years.

A forest so green and so rich, that some say that it’s enchanted. Only a few people know about it and the wonders that it holds. Quite a few expedition groups have tried to explore it and to uncover its secrets, with little to no success. The only thing that is widely known about this forest is its name: Smarag Forest. Now, it remains an unspoiled paradise for the woodland creatures and plant life that inhabit it. Yet, amongst the tranquillity and peaceful soundtrack of the forest, there was the rare sound of human footsteps....
Sarah (or Sassy to her friends) trudged her way through the undergrowth, the crisp clean air filling her nostrils and lungs.
