Just a tablet sketch and color of Light Yagami from the awesome anime Death Note. I'm not sure how I feel about this...I'm trying so hard to get my inspiration back, but I don't know what's wrong with me...Everything I look at that I draw anymore looks like shit to me...Anyway, yeah. Haha! Oh jeeze this picture is SO old and baaaaadly done. Yeah, that dude was nutso! xD My husband I actually argued about it once. I said he was just flat out evil for killing innocent people just to cover his own ass. I can understand wanting to rid the world of criminals, but dude... killing innocents was going way too far. LOL I never noticed that. Haha, that made me chuckle a bit.

Yeah and then there was L. The main female was Misa Amane and then you have the Shinigami. I guess you could say Light is the main one, but there are quite a few characters that can be looked at as main ones as well.

Yep but he remains a fan favorite and a legacy in the anime/manga pretty much. He and Light's father were the main two investigators on the Kira case. Japan also did a Death Note movie. Sort of the same story, but lots of different things happen, twists and turns.

Yeah it was an actual movie. My husband is a huge Death Note fan. He owns the entire anime, the manga and the movie which is actually split into two movies.

I think it depends on how much you improve. If you don't improve as much as you used to, then your art starts to look all the same, so then it gets boring after awhile, and I guess your mind turns to the stuff that's better than yours, so when you compare them, it makes yours look bad. I guess that's the time when you should start to look into more experimentation and such. Go right ahead and post them all over your scraps.

Yes, I just realized after reading some threads on FFF, that perhaps the reason you don't feel inspired is because of that. Perhaps if you stop worrying about those things and just focus on drawing, you might feel better.

Yeah, that's why I'm taking a few days to myself to focus more on drawing and other things. Plus it gives me time to think.

Wow, that is bloody awesome! I love the eyes and how it complements his facial features and hair! I say you are doing a great job and don't worry about that douche bag who thinks he is everything. He is just here to torture people and screw around with their emotions. Just don't let it get to you and just draw what you like to draw best ^^

yeah, after being hit so hard like that, it will naturally take a little bit of time to get back to normal. Just don't let it get to you, you know there are more people out there that love your work and like to see the different things you come up with! Cuz I know I do! ^^
