Coochie coochie coo!! I'm starting to really love the idea of Lizard being a ticklee!!
What can I say? I luv scalies and I LUV HIS FEET!!!!! XD This was a kinda quick sketch, I say kinda 'cuz I had to touch it up for the scanner! 
It's the Lizard from Spiderman being tickled again by magic floating brushes and feathers! Yep, Cassy is behind it! I was thinking about adding her to the pic, but I didn't want to spend too much time on this. I don't plan on coloring this pic, I have a lot of other pics I really should be working on, I MAY color this in a few weeks. If anyone would like to color it, I'd soooooooo appreciat it!

I had to make sure the head looked like the Lizard, but also looked cute! Wasn't an easy combination, but it wasn't impossible, especially since I already find him cute!!! XD

I actually used the pic I used for my V-Day card, cropped it and made it smaller. And then I made the background clear and saved it as a png file. Pretty easy~

That doesn't sound easy at all!! X3 Most likely because I just plain don't have the kinda programs to do that stuff! Whenever I shrink a pic, it gets all pixelated...
