I'm new here and downloaded this wonderful Glow brushes but I can't put them in my adobe elements 11 , photoshop.
I need to learn more abou it. But thanks anyway for this brushes.

I think so. I made them in CS2, I don't think newer versions of PS will have trouble with them. The older ones, I'm not sure.
