Now that's what I call an original Saiyan character ! Well done.
His unique Hairstyle added to his scare and his original armor (the soulder plate are quite unique) makes the overall character feel fresh and not copy past from an existing character.

You can now fit the Ikari form into your character meaning that he is more a Broly type SUGOI
As for your design I want originality other copy past, you have legions of OC that got either the Gohan hair or the Vegeto hair it's boring and unoriginal. That give your Saiyan almost none personnality. Your Saiyan has a twist that makes him unique enough to put him in my special inspiration favourite box.
