this is my own rainbow factory dash cosplay , it was gonna be worn at a con, but I changed my mind , I do still plan to take this to a con, just not sure what .the gauntlet on my arm is based on my own design of a portable pegasus device.
this outfit is based on all the artworks,fanfiction of the rainbow factory.

its thick foam for the main arm with small foam pieces for detail, i used test tubes from ebay for all the colours those were different types of shapoos and washing up liquids for the right colours xD , its pretty much all glued together, and the spikes on the hands are foamboard and the rings on my fingers are friendly plasticΒ

i havnt really done a how to for this, i forgot to take pictures sadly, but its made with foam covered in pva glue with the tubes all glued inΒ

Awww. Someone else got to it before me. I still plan to do a cosplay of Rainbow Factory RD while my best friend does a cupcake version of PP. I was actually thinking of having one of RD's wings replaced by an automaton while PP has her lost wing and one of Fluttershy's sown onto her cloak of cutie marks. Just to tie the two together. I'm gonna have a hell of a time with the cloak though. So many cutie marks! I have some research to do here. The gauntlet was an interesting idea but I don't like the idea of having those liquid filled vials on my arm since I'm clumsy and likely to break it. I might carry a false needle though filled with some rainbow liquid.
