Awwww, thank you. It's just colored pencils (prismacolor), some graphite pencil (for the uncolored parts), and a white gel pen.

Thanks much!!! The white marks and dots were done with a white gel pen. It's kinda tricky applying gel pen or ink over waxy colored pencils, but well worth it!! The trick, press lightly. Lol, sorry for all the extra talk!! Gel pen.

ohh never thought about looking to buy a white jell pen! iv always used a rubber to try get the effect but always looked scruffy.. but yeah i can see how it would be worth it, it makes very nice details ^.^ no problem about the extra talk i appreciate the tips!
