Absolutely amazing attention to detail. His face is awesomely drawn.
The bluish color really contributes to the mood. Also, I really like the perspective from which you can see him, and everything else that surrounds him. Unfortunately, I admit my ignorance as I don't really understand the reference, but still, from an objective point of view, it's really amazing.
