Description
This is a rough one-and-a-half-minute-sketch I got out of a roleplay. The character is TheBatGirlPrincess' self-OC, Dark Magician Girl Lisa, dressed in a poofy regal dress. Sketch? 1.5 minutes? HOW THE HECK?
I can't draw something that good in 1 and a half DAYS, much less minutes. 
She looks really beautiful, and I love the design you gave her for her dress. ^^ The Puffy shoulders and wide-billowy skirt design are quite interesting, and the plain pink bodice actually compliments the rest of her dress's design quite well. ^^
I would wonder why she is surprised looking in her expression...but maybe she didn't expect the sudden outfit?
Cute and adorable nevertheless; she looks lovely. ^^

Oh. Well, still, 1.5 minutes on lines is still quite impressive, as it takes me longer than that, just to get the head/face made to a satisfactory state, on any image. -_-
