Aww! I just went a Christmas lights event, and none of my pictures turned out this clear. Do you have a tripod? This is an awesome shot.

I have a tripod but couldn't bring it with me. Unfortunately this is one of those get in a car and drive through the lot kind of things. Since I couldn't get out, it was hard to get any that were good even. I have a bunch of blurry ones from the car having to move. lol

The other one I put up I was hanging out the car window all awkwardly. If I had a tripod it would of been much better I'm sure. But every once in awhile I get lucky and something works out or is at least passable.

Night shots are hard.

Thanks for the fave also.

Awww.
You should have grabbed one of those walmart scooters are gone real slow, and argued that you were driving.

MORE JEALOUSY. My newest journal has a link to the camera I want, a Nikon d3000.

Hmm or a Segway...

yea they're really not far apart in scale! I almost got that one, but the d5000 had a special with it at the store to get a telephoto lens with it. So I figured why not?

Mine would be about 500 and something dollars for a kit that comes with tripod, an eight gig memory card, a big book, a video guide, a nice big bag and more.

Yea by now mine is half of what I paid. And all the Christmas deals!
That's the thing with electronics, they are outdated in a matter of months. But slrs are great since you can always upgrade just the bodies.

They offered a bag with mine, but it was 50 bucks, and the bag was like ugly to me. I got a slightly more girlier bag lol.

I just lost an 8gb memory card . It fell out of my pocket.
