Did you defeat the Elite four and then wnet to Kanto? If you want to defeat Misty in Cerulean, you have to go find her at Bills place (also in Cerulean city). Then you can see that ^^ It's THE AAML HINT

I've seen it and the original version of the pic doesn't have Ash in it not that I'm sure but it could be Georgio from A Date with Delcatty? either that or it's some random guy thrown in just for fun

Because the original had a brown hair color guy in it if I'm not mistaken his hair color was the same as Georgio
