“Cyril get back over here right this instant!” Syria hollered at the colt who ventured off a bit too far for her liking. Even if she wasn’t his birth mother or even his mother at all. Her and Whiskey had just ran into the lone colt, and took him in. Syria was like the mother of the two though. She already had to make sure Whiskey didn’t get himself into any trouble, and now she had to make sure Cyril didn’t do the same.

    Cyril just got curious of a sound he thought he heard before he stopped and looked back at the mare and stallion that took him in. “I never get to have any fun since I met you two!” he said complaining…like always. Syria just rolled her eyes as Whiskey kept quiet for this one. Probably best, and Syria knew that.

    “We’re trying to keep you safe. It’s not safe out there for a foal to be on their own. And even though you were, you got lucky. Even luckier you found us.” she said with a stern voice. Now stay where I can see you.” Cyril only lowered his ears and let out a small quiet snort. Whiskey looked at the colt knowing he was the exact same when he was his age…which wasn’t too long ago in fact.

    Though the trio kept walking along the trail they were on, only for a large open meadow to open up. Except that wasn’t what took the three by surprise. The meadow was overrun with horses, but it looked like it was multiple herds. Cyril didn’t even think twice before he ran into the crowd hoping to find some other colts his age. “Cyril!” Syria hollered, but he was already gone, “That darn colt! We don’t know who all these horses are.”

    Whiskey just looked her, “I’m sure he’ll be fine…we just have to find him, but it wouldn’t hurt to meet some new friends…” he said before he walked into the crowd leaving Syria standing right there as she gave him quite the look. Though Whiskey just made his way through the crowd and started interacting with some of the horses. Eventually he found himself laying down next to a mare and her foal who seemed curious of him.

    Syria just stood there for a moment before she just went into the crowd as well. Though she kept fairly close to Whiskey keeping an eye on him. Especially when she noticed him next to a mare and her foal. She did find herself some company herself, but she also tried keeping an eye out for Cyril, but he was long gone by now. Doing what neither Whiskey or Syria knew, but in reality Whiskey wasn’t paying attention.

    Kobold seemed to have herself into some trouble with another mare from a different herd. It seemed to be difficult to know who was in what herd because everyone was just jumbled together. No one was grouped together with their herd. Instead they were all surrounded by strangers. Though Kobold probably just thought that this wild bay mare Amara got too close to two foals who weren’t with their mothers.

   Amara wasn’t sure what she did wrong, but she backed down from this overo mare. There were too many horses let alone foals in the area for a big fight, and she really didn’t want to be a part of one. Especially once she saw the two foals behind Kobold watching the scene. One seemed a bit frightened and wanted to get out of the way while the other just stood and watched. Probably what most foals would do anyways. They are always watching the grown ups.

    Eira was just walking around through the crowd. Though sometimes that proved to be a challenge because of her small size. Heck even some of the foals were already taller than she was. It was just a matter of making her way around which she was used to. Though some mare’s and even some foal’s looked at her with a look of surprise, but Eira just seemed to make her way to a couple of foals.

    Calamity just seemed to find a good spot to lay down and rest in the middle of everything. All the sound and chaos didn’t seem to matter to him. He didn’t even seem to worry about his herd much in the moment either. Instead the stallion only rolled onto his back when his son, Staubteufel, suddenly jumped onto him and seemed to act like his father was a bed.

    By the time the stallion opened his eyes, his son was already fast asleep on top of his father. Even if Calamity wasn’t very comfortable in his position, there was no way the stallion could move. Instead he just let out a soft sigh and closed his eyes again hoping to get some shit eye like Staubteufel was already doing.

    Cheer on the other hoof was staying clear away from everyone. Maybe it was just all the chaos, or even just something took the mare’s interest leading her away fro, everyone. She found herself near the watering hole which only a few horses were at. Oh well she just kept doing her own thing ignoring what all going on with the numerous herds all together in one place.

    East, like most of the other foals, just seemed excited about everything going on and ended up making some friends with some other foals. One of which being her sister West. The two almost looked like twins. Either way it seemed like all of the foals from all of the herds were having a blast and making new friends. Maybe even the same with all the grown ups, or were they just trying to keep focus and make sure everyone in their herd was accounted for? Who knows.

    In the distance, a palomino roan mare, Jessamine or Jess, stood by herself watching everyone. Probably watching the foals running around and playing, or the other mares and stallions chatting or even resting. Everyone was doing their own thing. Either way there was plenty of things going on that made the mare question things or even just keep a distance.

    Unlike Jessamine, Aysel was standing in the middle of it all. Having not much interest in the crowd or interacting with the others. Though the mare found herself amongst some foals running and bucking around her and other nearby mares and stallions. She only hoped they wouldn’t run into her or end up kicking her, but overall it seemed like everyone was having such a good time. Maybe not everyone, but at least most. Hopefully everyone went home that night making at least one new friend.
