sorry i dont agree they are terrified and cinch strap hurts them, thats why they buck so much and so violently

The FLANK strap is only a irritation. Thus creating them to buck harder. These horses(and stock) are bred to buck, and enjoy it too. Some are scared, sure, because at these tiny rough stock rodeos, this is their first time out. But all of them are pissed. Because they have somebody on their back(they aren't broke yea know), and that flank strap bothers them.
Believe me bud. If these animals were in any pain, animal cops/PETA would be jumping down their throats.
But these rough stocks get some of the best care. Hell, some of them live better than I do.
Also, nobody would support a sport such as this if cruelty had anything to do with it.

It's strange, here where i live some horses were previously riding horses...owned by alot of the people's who sponsor the rodeos.

I guess it's the same here. Which goes to say that if the horses were in any pain than they wouldn't make very suitable mounts afterward. There is so many people who think it's wrong...I love it!

Very much so. This was a rough stock, so this is the first time the stock is ever being bucked. So that also helps.
