A lively clown whose positive vibes are so strong that they attract balloons to their body as if it was static electricity. Loves to liven up parties and give away their balloons to people for free. They’re really easy to find since they’re always leaving a trail of colorful confetti everywhere they go!

They're $45, first come first serve!
-payments are done through paypal
-please avoid the "i don't have money" or "i want but can't buy" comments
-you don't have to keep the description!
-you can change the gender/pronouns
-you can make minor changes to the design! But it should still look like somewhat like the original. This doesn't apply to clothe changes.
-you can change, modify and fix my description to your liking
-if you buy them and you'd like to upload this design to toyhouse, credit me there as SNES
-you WILL get the separate drawing of your adopt and it's original sketch.
