It's cut a little uneven around the edges. It is especially noticeable on the bottom-right of the card.
I wouldn't cut it with regular scissors.

I agree. Also, the spacing surrounding the separators [" / "] are a bit inconsistent, the sticker on the bottom right is not positioned accurately enough, and I don't know if those Rank textures are fit for TCG/OCG - they look like anime Rank stars.
Normally, it wouldn't matter for online purposes, but if you're actually printing them out and selling them, those are the little details you should be concerned about.
