Hoo boy, i dont remember the last i've been sucked into the fandom so quickly... And even then this fanart took me longer than it should have been hahaI was inspired by the fact that Wally cannonically likes his appearence and likes to look at himself in the mirror, and obviously this hit me hard with parrot associations lol I was even thinking of giving him altered outfit but ultimately decided against it.
