Anyway, being ugly myself makes me uniquely able of identifying it in others, openly, without coming off like an enormous ass 
No matter the reality of physical attraction or repulsion, I always remember at the end of the day that looks are not half as important as persona & personality.

And it's true some people are luckier in one sense that they don't need cosmetics to look as the world deems them "beautiful".... but even the beautiful ones these days are covered with makeup.... as this world gets more susperfical and plastic surgery is upon no one is really ugly.. if they wanted, they could easily look beautiful... it's just their decision whether they chose to conform or not,
and what beauty there is in not chosing to conform,
it's beautiful.

Usually, yes, they do tend to wear a lot of make-up... but I don't think make-up will make anyone more beautiful, it simply gives it a... fine polish

But you are beautiful and so can anyone else be. With simple grooming, exercise, style and if they really wanted through materialistic things.. not necessarily surgery. a haircut and clothes can entirely CHANGE a person. Seen it happen a trillion times.
Many people do disagree, and I'm not saying everyone is EQUALLY gorgeous... atleast not naturally but everyone can be physically appealing... though at the end it highly means nothing (atleast if you have any self-respect). I would never look twice at the most attractive man on earth if he treated me like pure shit or had a hidden agenda and a terrible personality or pretended to be a certain way.
I have seen people who I didn't even consider attractive at first look absolutely stunning to my eyes... through mere personality. And if they started showing another side, an unliked side, my beauty for them quickly fades away.. regardless of the materialistic things that make them beautiful still being there.
Boy, you need to get outta that attitude. You an independent attractive man with a great personality and you need to stand proud.

Genes go a long way... a very long way towards a more... pure beauty - which I think you have. There is something pure in the undeniable nature of your beauty, sheer and irresistible, ineffable fact that you are beautiful. I mean, no one with an ounce of honesty or sanity could look at you and not say or feel the same way. With me, it is something more... subjective, more learned. Anyway, I digress

I've run into the same thing in observing people... it was a thing I realized about my classmates back in high school. So many beautiful people that turns out to be, almost all of them, so shortsighted and stupid, close-minded in a way that was an enormous turn-off.

Haha I have been called ugly a billion times! You won't believe it.. by girls and guys both, but do I give a damn or care? Hell no! I couldn't care less what they feel about my appearence because I am okay being me.

ahhh your face never looks worse only because u made use of a flash - did u ???? well... or is it light coming from a window what creates the bightness in the center of the image. ?!...anyway... the two different tones give somekind of a huge tension into this image and your expression makes it even more magical..u have a smart sparkle in your eyes... yES YES YES
