Full view for best detail, I may put a detail shot up later, in scraps or something......Relatively satisified with how this turned out. I like how the hair turned out but honestly I did not get the overall look I was going for. It still turned out alright though.
Spent about 3-4 hours on the sketch, about 6-8 hours coloring it, I was close to finished coloring it after about 4 hours, but kept changing/tweaking things. I learned a bit from doing this, which is great since what I lack the most right now is experience. I haven't colored much lately, Bronwyn commission and that's about it so I had to warm-up for this a little bit.
Probably going to take down the lineart, or move it to scraps, since I'm a bit more satisfied with how this turned out compared to it.

*squee!* I LOVE IT! She turned out better than I thought she would ^.~v Glad the foot came out alright. The skin tones and coloring is a lot smoother and I want her flight suit

Thanks. The wing was something I added at the end of the lineart, and it made the costume complete.

On a serious note. When I saw it before it was colored, it didn't look right. With the color and shading, it's outstanding.

I felt the same way, I still feel like removing the lineart because it doesn't really show the character nearly as much as the colored version in my opinion.

I don't think I'd remove it completely. You might want to move it to scraps and leave a link to it with the colored version. It's kind of interesting that it worked out that way and I think the comparison might be worth seeing in the future.

Nice! The colour really gave this a lot of definition, and I am digging the heck outta the soft blue colour you used for her outfit, man. And yeah, I can see where ya fixed that foot from the lineart. You've developed a smoother, painterly style when it comes to shading skintones, and that little soft pink lighting around the edge adds a nice touch to it.

Yeah, I know theres some really good lady on dA somewhere that does that. She places a link in her final and the detailed shots tend to get more favourites than the image itself. :/

Oh yeah, I'll agree with you there... The legend of MAX is a killer, I know this sounds kinda bad... but I still have trouble finishing the end of the song on standard... ^^v But I call PARANOiA survivor MAX a killer because of it's 10 step HEAVY & CHANLENGING MODE difficulty.

Hah, nice comic. Yeah, I haven't played in a long while, quit about a year ago and have played like.... twice since then. Back in my "prime" I could beat all of the songs but Legend of Max, I beat Max 300 on heavy ONCE, and died shortly after. I remember being barely able to walk, needing to sit down for like 15 minutes and needed someone to get me water. =C
