Well it depends on how you wish to use them... If you want to use them as MSN avatars, then there are avatars included in the .zip file. If you really want to use them as windows icons you can read the following [link]

Wow, they look pretty cool ^^ I'ma download em and try to actually use them for WLM, as in, hacking the resources. I just wish there was one with a phone and one that would resemble offline (in a grey colour) Keep up the good work
