Hahaha awh, try to look up some pictures, take soft pinkish colors, and most of the time the upper lip is a bit darker than the bottom one!^^

And, can I do this in the same way but with mouse? It's insane to handle Photoshop with a mouse and people say me that Pant Tool SAI is mouse-friendly XD

pfft I do not really recommend it, but I think you can do it better in SAI with a mouse You still dont have presure so the brushes wont work great. But you can give it a shot ^^

well, it's all about fail and try again I use Mouse in photoshop since CS 8.0, I should have got good skills but it's too hard u_u and wacom tablets are quite expensive T_T (at least in my country... Or I don't know anything about prices XD)

I don't know if this is any better but you can always use an iPad? There is a fabulous app that I sometimes use called Procreate, its is nowhere near as in-depth or as good as Paint Tool SAI or anything but with a good amount of skill you can get by. There are lot of other more expensive apps you can get too, and many can also be used with mobile devices like iPhones and such. Wacom Tablets are, in my opinion the best, but an iPad may be worth trying out.
Hope this helps?

How were you apply that peachy lip part without covering the line art portion?
I end up covering it

Put a layer underneath the line art. Ending up merging them together
