It`s obvious that I don`t like "Thorki"... -.-I mean, the thought alone kissing my own brother makes me shudder. oO Brrrrrrr...weird....(Damned, I don`t get this picture out of my head DX)

I'm not a fan of any slash where siblings are paired up either. It makes no difference if one or both kids are adopted. If they've always regarded themselves as siblings (as Thor and Loki clearly do), then there's nothing more to it. It's just a brother relationship with these two. Except with one quite literally wanting to kill the other most of the time. XD

I completely agree with you and I also don't like Thorki.
I'm a girl and I have a sister.........(not my real sister! I was adopted).....and I can't imagine a loving relationship with her.......ERRRRK (or I vomit) !
In addition to this, Thor and Loki are heterosexual, married with children (sorry, fangirls) and they are brothers, even if they don't have the same blood (as my sister IS my sister).

I'm not arguing for Thorki with this comment (personally, I only ship them in the actual mythology, where they aren't brothers), but it's been confirmed by Marvel that Loki is bisexual. Just thought I'd share. There's apparently a comic coming out just about Loki sometime in the near future. It's very exciting. ^_^

I know the moment. There have been a few times where my older brother has gotten too close to my personal space and I turned too quickly (he scared the crap out of me) and we brushed lips... It's pretty icky to think about kissing a sibling. Eck.
But then again, sometimes family members greet each other with a kiss on the lips. (I've accidentally done that to my mom and my uncle, too, when trying to kiss them on the cheek and they turned the wrong way.) I guess it depends on where you're from. My cousins kiss our grandparents on the lips in greeting. I'm just not really big on kissing, though, even if it's just a light peck just to say hello. You know? I think a light peck is fine just to say hello, but like hardcore kissing a family member is unsettling. Thankfully, that's never happened. *shudders*

Sadly, sexual tension between Loki and everything that walks is very much canon in the stories. XP
Let's think of it this way: 1) Thor and Loki aren't biological brothers. (Although that is not the reason why we find it disgusting. That we think it's disgusting is a biological mechanism that is established when people grow up together.) 2) They are both guys, so Loki can't get... Let's scratch that and instead say, Loki cannot get disabled kids from this, because Loki and Thor aren't related. He might breed some more monsters anyway, though. 3) They aren't human. They are gods or at least aliens, so different rules apply.
