I found a fanfiction scene where Rai had punishment for Frankie in which he couldn't work and forced him to rest. Frankie slept in Rai's lap! So cute!!! This drawing is perfect for this scene!

  It had been such a long day for the blonde scientist, a week maybe, perhaps a month- no a long year. His master had returned to him safely- albeit still a bit weakened but who's to say he won't heal though? After his return though there was only a short period of peace before the chaos hit. Even to think back on it was making him worried. 
 
What would become of his master? Will he be forced to continue using his abilities despite his deteriorating health? Frankenstein did everything he could for his master and only wished the best for him. Yet, his master was bonded eternally to the responsibilities he has as the Noblesse and that alone was troublesome enough. Even though he told himself he wouldn't doubt him, Frankenstein couldn't help but worry and that worry was eating away a him with each passing day. He refused to let it show though, living life and dealing with it accordingly without letting anyone know.

He knew though. He knew everything. That was why his master had called him over one day when the house was left to them alone.

"Yes, Master?", Frankenstein answered his master call promptly, dropping whatever paperwork he had to give him his attention.

Rai looked up him with his usual solemn expression but if one were to listen closely there was a soft tone behind his commands. Frankenstein glanced to the empty teacup and bowed. "Apologies I will-"

"Sit..."

Raizel's command caught Frankenstein by surprise, his eyelids lifting a centimeter wider before falling back into his usual gaze. The scientist straightened his back and stared at his master as if looking for something. He didn't think it'd be wise to question Raizel's command but it confused him greatly. Was his master worried?

Frankenstein tore his gaze away to take a seat one of the couches but something stopped him before he could. 

"Not there..."

Over there then? With him? Beside him? Where else could he sit? Frankenstein obeyed, taking his seat next to his master. 

Suddenly, out of seemingly nowhere, a wave of exhaustion washed over Frankenstein and he could feel his eyelids getting heavy with sleep. The servant wanted to reach a hand up to rub his eyes and yawn but he believed it'd be rude to do that in front of his master. The only thing he had keep him from nodding off was sheer will. Frankenstein could feel his head dipping though but refused to go down in Rai's presence.

"Frankenstein...", his master called out in a nearly inaudible whisper.

"Yes, Master?", the servant replied with a hint of curiosity. He was curious as to why his master was calling him. Had he done something? Did he forget to do something? Was something wrong?

A pale hand reaching out to him snapped Frankenstein from his thoughts. He could do nothing but stare as it got close enough to cup his face. On instinct, the servant leaned into his master's hand and sighed in quiet relief. It took him a split second to realize what he had done and another to back away from him. 

"M-Master I-", he was interrupted when Raizel made a gesture with his finger telling him to be quiet. 

"It's alright...", Raizel lidded his eyes just a bit more and briefly flashed his servant a gentle smile. With this he was allowing Frankenstein the opportunity to relax. It was what he could do for his servant that had done so much and asked for nothing in return.

Frankenstein could do nothing but stare in astonishment at his master, he felt that warm hand cupping his face again and this time he did not pull away. The blond man leaned into it with a sigh, nuzzling ever so slightly against it. He felt a great weight being lifted off his shoulders- even if he knew it was a temporary state he would cherish and savor it for all it's worth.

Raizel loosely threaded his fingers through Frankenstein's hair, wrapping strands of it between his slender fingers and then combing them out. He was grateful. Grateful for all that Frankenstein had done for him, it seemed a good time as any to allow him this. The young man delicately guided Frankenstein's head to rest on his lap, the tips of his fingers brushed any stray hair from his servant's face.

It was cozy. His master's lap that is. Frankenstein couldn't remember when he last felt so relaxed. He wanted to stay awake just a little more, to be by his master's side like this was a rare chance- you could say a once in a life time chance. To stay awake? In this position? With his master so delicately caressing the side of his face? It was impossible...

Frankenstein finally closed his eyes, falling asleep within seconds. With his body relaxed it unconsciously brought itself closer to Rai, a small peaceful smile found itself on his lips.
