What kind of references do you use for gesture drawings, if any?? These are super cool, I'm looking to get better but I don't really know where to beginΒ Β

Thanks, I'm glad you like them. I think a few of them I did from memory, but the rest probably came from a few different places.
There's reference.sketchdaily.net/en/ , ImperialStarletStock , and some of them might have come from a book called Figure Drawing Design and Invention by Michael Hampton. I also found this video to be very helpful www.youtube.com/watch?v=9by8Wa⦠. I Hope some of this is helpful to you!

I like 8 and 14. They remind me of GreedLing going into the Ultimate Shield. Also 17, 'cause it looks like Doctor Strange with the cloak of Levitation.
