She's cute ^^ and very nice coloring on the eyes and hair ^^ however her skirt could be made better. Since she's swinging her hips to the side, that side of the skirt should be completely against her hip while the other side more off her hip, adds motion.
Also her neck seems a tad thin compared to her head, you can see when you block off her body (like with your hand on the screen) to where just the head and neck show that the neck needs to be thicker but good job otherwise

I wasn't really trying with the cloths, I honestly didn't think this'd be such a big hit, and people would stop and look at her, so I didn't do much with the cloths X3 Next time I will pay attention.
