I'm a sugar addict. It's messing my stomach up something fierce right now. I'd been doing pretty well, avoiding sweets and soda, but I had a binge last night that has left me crippled today. I feel like a 20 ton bag of diarrhea --- I swear I'll cut the sugar out. No more relapses.Related content

lately i've been cutting it out but then i'll randomly catch myself after the fact having some sugar like... shit, it happened again.
i'm thinking of cutting the behavior with another addictive behavior i.e. smoking. or.. crack
