Thanks ^-^ I'm still learning to draw so I like to use bases...I hope I could do my own drawing without a base in the future!

well as everyone says, practice makes purfect! :3 It just takes time and patience. Which is true, but it mostly takes a lot of patience and practice. Try practicing without bases, but looking at art guide books once in awhile. Those really help improve drawing, and I had to do that when I first started.

Then slowly tried without guides, unless I don't know something about a character. Like a pokemon's look or such, then I search what they look like but draw it in my own way. People do that if their not sure how to draw it right, without looking at the decide a few times before sketching.
