I finally drew them!
As for the characters themselves... I didn't like Amy at all, and Sammy is decent, and I would like her more if she got more development. She still gets picked on after Amy was eliminated, so that didn't help. However, they're both fun to draw!Also, you can tell these two don't look exactly alike. you'll just have to spot a few things.

Hmm, maybe it's just me, but; Amy is bigger in the bust department, while Sammy is more generous in the thighs and hips?

Maybe if Amy(the one with the beauty mark)got a brain injury so severe, it actually made her have the mind of a 7-year old, they'd be more compatible.

NICEΒ . And, as bad as Heather was in the first season, IMHO Amy beats her out asΒ the show's quintessential Queen of Mean, even if the only person she was seen tormenting was her longsuffering sister. Unlike her sister, Sammy is beautiful both inside AND out, and, to me, THAT'S a winning combination . And WHY does it ALWAYS seem that when we have twin characters on a television show, does the old "switcheroo" gag have to be employed at some point where one and/or the other's pretending to be the other one? That is SO worn out and on this show they were REALLY pathetic about itΒ !

I'm simply neutral on both (which is an unpopular opinion for both as most people hate Amy and love Samey). I think the best part about them aside from being the show's first set of twins is that they're both voiced by Bryn McAuley (Laney).
I honestly believe that the hate Amy receives can be a little much at times especially when this show has given us bigger bitches like Blaineley and Sugar. My biggest problem with Samey that keeps me from liking her more is how most of her purpose revolved around that plotline which had to blatantly insult their audience's intelligence for it to work... Only to completely render it pointless two episodes later.
They both count as They Wasted a Perfectly Good Character because their plot felt very rushed and the show pretty much goes on to be as if they never even existed (Jasmine's friendship with Samey is pretty much forgotten about when the latter is eliminated).

Yep, I can agree that the voice the best part about them. With Amy, while she's not the worst character, I saw nothing that's considered nice about her. Her trait of picking on Sammy annoys me too much. As for Samey, she's nice, but she's not a favorite of mine either due to the reason I said. I can understand your opinions though. I wish both stayed in the season longer, because both could have gotten development instead of arguing once again at the end.

The twins were the first characters from this castΒ to have their voice actor confirmed and I remember being excited when I heard it was Bryn since Laney is my favorite character from Grojband. I was expecting them to be great just based on that alone... And instead they became the first of many disappointments from this craptacular season.
The lack of development can be blamed on how it has been proven that the writers didn't seem to care again as this season was rushed with no rewrites making it feel more like a rough cut than a final product. Their plot maybe could've worked in a 26 episode season so long as it was of the same type of quality as Island.
