I liked that Jubilee was a prostitute (also she looked cute for a Dora parody) although every time I heard her voice, I thought of Bulma from DBZ Kai with a hispanic accent. Either way, it was a funny episode that ended with her along with Carl dressed as a school boy, Meatwad in a SNL mask and a stupidly and purposely poisoned Shake.
And yes, I know both Kai Bulma and Jubilee share the same VA.

She was actually a porn star. If you notice when Carl looks on her website she seduces a pizza man annd has sex with him.
