I colored it in GIMP. ^^ First, I used the lasso tool to trace a part (like Pinkie's poofy mane for example). Then I used "Brightness-Contrast" under "Colors" to darken the white, making it grey, and lastly I used "Colorize" (also under Colors) to turn the mane into a pinkish color. I also used the airbrush tool to add some shadowing. ^^
