Description
It's basically the Disney sitcom version of The Loud House. But really, it's another series about a middle child who deals with family, so I thought it'd be funny to draw this.Β

I agree, I'm personally liking it a bit. I can't remember a Disney sitcom that's made me watch several episodes in a LONG time.
Plus, no laughtracks.

My god.Β A sitcom without a laugh track.
That means...
Eh.Β No end of the world joke here.

I swear to God this show is a cheap knock off of The Loud House and Malcolm in the middle. I bet they air this show just so people will think that The Loud House is a derivative of this bland sitcom. I believe The Loud House idea came first. Disney want the cash.

Oh, you have no idea how right about that you are, dude. I have actually SEEN people commenting with those exact thoughts. Cartoons take a long time to create and produce. At least half a year for a single episode. Live action is mainly just filming actual people, so they don't have to spend as much time on resources. It takes a cartoon a couple of years to get a full season ready. The Loud House was pitched in 2013 and got approved the following year with a special sneak peek of the series at San Diego Comic-Con last year of the first fully produced episode "Left In The Dark". The Loud House was supposed to premiere in mid-January of this year, but the episode order actually got doubled, so the premiere got pushed back to May 2nd. Stuck In The Middle didn't start production until late last year. When it got pitched, I don't know, but I just have a feeling that the creator of that show saw Savino's creation, thought it would be a good idea to copy it quickly, and pitch it to Disney Channel so they could make The Loud House look bad and get backlash for ripping off a show with a similar plot that was Savino's first.

Brazillian popular'culture says that the 8th child will born a werewolf. I hope the parents have closed the baby's factory lol

DandyAndy1989 In reply to HPNerd-ALS [2016-04-22 00:56:44 +0000 UTC]
So, if the Loud House had that kind of problem should it have been made by a Brazilian company, who would that be? Lola or Lana? They were born after Lucy who was the 7th children and before Lisa who was the 10th. Whichever one of them was born first would be the werewolf?

Krontriolle In reply to DandyAndy1989 [2016-05-20 22:16:00 +0000 UTC]
In the opening, they show pictures of all the girls, by oldest (Lori) to youngest (Lily), and Lola's bright pink picture was before Lana's masculine blue one. This must mean that Lola came out first (by a few minutes). Therefore, Lola is the werewolf.

TWINS as the 8th child? our folklore does not have an explanation for that, but I guess it is not a good sign, probably that would be one of the 846515 ways to evoke CTHULHU

Whenever Lola says "Beauty before age" when they argue over something they should get, Lana retorts by saying she should get it. So, I think with that retort, Lana might be a few minutes younger than Lola.

No, but it does have a cliche pop guy all like 'I wanna be stuck with you OOOOOHOOOHOOH' 40 SECONDS IN. I've downloaded the video, and actually checked when the chorus starts, and its 40 SECONDS IN. AND it's literally for the ENTIRE song.Β

Same melody with altered lyrics like "In the Loud House" would be changed to "In the Middle" and however they'd wrap it up with the name of siblings since there's not as many siblings here? If it does, Nick could sue them, but I have a feeling Disney would win anyway.

I know, right? People have said that Pickle and Peanut is Disney's answer to Breadwinners, which was not well received, but now, not only are they ripping off The Loud House, but they premiered Stuck In The Middle first so some people who didn't hear about The Loud House until recent news will assume it ripped off them!
