I always hate trying to figuring out a way to start writing these personal pieces. Your mind is always trying to figure out what to say first. With that being said, I just wanted to have a conversation with a lot of the people that follow my page. Well, first off, thank you for following my page, even if its practically dead (I'll discuss that in a bit). Anyone who still supports the page I'm always grateful for.

Oh yes, quick stuff that I have to talk about is the Marvel related news over the past few days. Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3 came out a few days ago and it looks quite enjoyable. I have the first two games and was always a fan of them. They were basically the closest thing we had to avengers before the movies came out. Speaking of Avengers, it actually managed to beat Avatar to become the highest grossing movie of all time which was quite a relief. Anyone whose seen Endgame and has followed the MCU since Iron Man in 2008 like myself knows the emotions and magnificence that were pulled out of that movie. Personally, I think this is a massive win for super hero movies in general. Both the MCU and DCEU benefit from this and it shows that superhero movies can be just as powerful as any other movie genre. As well as that, there is a great story to be told by particularly looking at Robert Downey Jr. To go from struggling with drugs and going into jail in the late 90's to being arguably the main star of the highest grossing movie of all time not only shows the strength and will of a person but how to never give up and to reach your goals. Honestly, the icing on the cake to the story would be Downey getting an Oscar for the movie which he truly deserves.

As for SDCC, they blew it out of the water in the panels. A lot of us were expecting the Disney TV shows as well as the Eternals (Which looks stacked with star power), Guardians 3, Black Widow, Captain Marvel 2 and Black Panther 2. As well as news about X-Men and Fantastic Four. However, I think the most shocking stuff came with Doctor Strange 2 being the first Marvel horror movie which is an exciting new adventure to watch. As well as that, Blade is making a comeback which nobody saw coming. To add onto this, they released more footage of the new Avengers game and it looks better than ever before. They even managed to fix Black Widow so she doesn't look like Lord Farquaad.

Now that I've gotten that out of the way, I have to address the state of my page. For a few months now, I feel that my page has been in an area of stagnation. Its falling behind and I don't really have anyone to blame for myself and I do want to apologize for that. College is seriously no joke and it does take away quite a large chunk of my time. To add onto that, spending time with my girlfriend also eats into my time (which I am fine with, I enjoy the time with her). The whole point is that a lot of my time is eaten up by other things and I only have myself to blame for this. In order to fix this, I want to work on my time management so that I can balance these things out in order to get more morphs out in a consistent basis without putting myself in burn out.

This brings me back to my content, Whilst I've been happy with my content for a while, I feel less impressed with it. It's not because of the standard but it doesn't feel like me. Back in the day, I used to make morphs that I liked and that used my ideas that I developed in my mind. For the longest time, I feel that I have been doing stuff that others might enjoy and whilst that is fine for them, I do feel that I've not put my heart and soul into it. To add onto it, I felt like in other to justify my content being there, it had to hit like a threshold and to me it shows me that my heart wasn't in it. It was like I was doing the morph with the sole aim of achieving the threshold. I have to move past doing that in order to fully mature. I want to go back to making art as a starting point for a discussion with others or simply to create an image that's in my mind or in someone else's mind. The only thing that I've felt like enjoying was doing a new personal piece for I felt like doing those images it was something that I wanted to do and something that I enjoyed.

As well as that, I've been avoiding about talking about an incident that happened a few years ago. I feel that my page has never really recovered over the whole issue thing between myself and Jingle in 2017. I lost roughly about half my views/fan base and have never managed to recover. Granted he's recovered fine (props to him for doing that). I lost a lot of my friends and my page hasn't been the same since then and I would like to bring it back to where it was before then, except without all of the immature bullshit stunts and ego like last time. In order to do that, I have to go back to what got me into the community. I need to break this lazy habit of mine of not doing something because it might be too hard.

In other words, when I was starting out, I would experiment which is great for any morpher and it leads to great ideas. So, you will be seeing new and experimental types of blueberry and other inflation morphs. Back in the day, I used to do some creative stuff like cherry or chocolate inflation's. Hell, I even made an everlasting gobstopper inflation idea. I used to make sequences and gifs and stories and just random pieces. So, I'm going back to my roots but with a twist. Now that I've been doing morphs for longer and that I've picked up things that have made my morphs better. So that means sequences are coming back. Gifs are coming back, stories are coming back. Fan related stuff is coming back. Things that made the community better are coming back. Tutorials are coming back. I want to do another xpansion factor. As well as that, I want to try attempt another type of live stream to raise money for development towards treatments for diseases like cancer or mental health diseases.

In saying that, I will be doing more podcasts with which will be featuring more fan interaction as well as more single pieces and possible live streams for all of us to engage with. From now on, I'm making art that I enjoy and ones that I can put passion into. I'm not just doing it for reaching a threshold or for faves and comments. I'm doing it for fun now. I'm going to be doing the ideas that I've been afraid to do. The most important thing is that I want to make more discussion based pieces to interact with the community because honestly, Its one of the things that I enjoy doing. Whether its on here or in the inventing room server, talking with others in the community is great and fun. I love being able to discuss ideas on stuff in the community or even if its not, it makes my day.

And one last thing, I talked with my girlfriend and after a long talk, we both decided due to the great respect and kindness that has been shown to Candii that we are going to make content. Like Corps and Candii, this isn't for the money but for fun. All of this is going to be self funded though. Over the next year or so, we are going to save up money to buy proper equipment, a green screen, audio equipment and a new blueberry suit as well as some other props to add to the clips. By the way, the clips will all be going to charity. Neither of us need the money that badly and we both feel that its going to a noble cause. We were also inspired to do this by Candii and Corps idea to give back to children's charity through the berrygirl comic.
