I think your idea of the cast ist matching up with my opinion in many points. But I would like to change 5 characters:
Ahadi = shiny Luxray
Zira = Persian
Vitani = Meowth/Persian
Nuka = Luxio/Luxray
Kovu = (common) Luxray
Kopa = (I have no opinion to Kopa, because the producers are at odds over the number of Simbas children.)

No, their parents were a Pyroar and a Luxray. You can bread them both together.

A pokemon's species is determined by the mother. If they're different species, they'd have to have different mothers... which makes them half-brothers. Perfectly reasonable though, considering lion prides do have multiple females.
(And Scar looks way cooler as a Luxray anyway ^_^)

That's exactly my point! In Pokemon, a baby's species is determined by the mother only. A Pokemon can only be the same species of the mother, barring Ditto. If we assume their father is a Pyroar, then Mufasa's mother is obviously another Pyroar. However, since Skar is a Luxray, his mother HAS to be a Luxray as well. They could still have the same father, this unnamed Pyroar, but they can't have the same mother. Ergo, they're half brothers.

I’m not sure by some pokémon for »The Jungle Book«. My first idea was, that King Louie has to be a slaking. And his minions are Monfernos.
Shere Khan has to be a Arcanine but it’s not a tiger, it’s not even a cat.
Just because Baloo ist black, doesn’t mean the pokémon has to be black to. I think I stay with Ursaring.
Ekans, Serperior and Seviper are good choices for the snake, but I’m not sure, which one matches perfect.
And than we have Bagheera. Liepard or Persian, what fits better?

Hope it helps you. I thought about Slaking first but he is a sloth, so I tought about the apes from Unova and the fire one kinda fits, but yes I agree. For Shere Khan I tought of Raikou but at the same time I tought it didn't fit him so well, so I chose Arcanine because of the stripes and the orange color. For Baloo I didn't wanna say Ursaring because it's more like a forest bear. For the snake I would say Serperior because of the thing it does with the eyes. And for Bagheera I think Liepard works because if this "cockiness" vibe it has. But I'm excited to see them, no matter what pokémon you use.

This is AMAZING! The details are lovely, and I love how you managed to blend each character's unique face and expression while still keeping them looking like their Pokemon origins. Using the shiny form of Litleo and Pyroar was also an excellent idea for Nala and her mother. Well done indeed, adding this to my favorites

Hmm, not too sure, there aren't many bear-like Pokemon. Maybe Brother Bear a Teddiursa and Ursaring, don't know any other characters from that one (never watched it). For Jungle Book (no idea what characters you plan on using), maybe Boogalo (god, am I getting the human kid's name right? It's been so long...) as a Ralts, the boa constrictor a Seviper (or possibly Ekans, definitely NOT Arbok), the wolf pack as Poochyena (pups) and Mightyena (adults), or Growlithe and Arcanine, the orangutan as a Semisear, the bear as a Snorlax, and the panther as a Purrloin or Persian. Dunno if any of these ideas will help or not, but there you go XD
