This is a very exact 3d model of my bedroom. It's inside a cardboard box, as this is often how I feel when in here working for hours as a time. This has probably been one of my biggest 3d projects to date. It took 4 or 5 days to get this far, and probably about 50 hours of rendering. Previous betas and such can be found in my gallery. I'm very proud of this piece and would appreciate comments and feedback more than you can imagine.

Model produced in 3d Studio Max 4. Rendered with Brazil. 109,000 polys. 192 polys per thumbtack. Each render took between 6 and 8 hours.
Edit: Moved out of Unsorted section, not too sure about new location, doesn't seem to fit perfectly anywhere.

This picture caught me completely off guard. I can't believe the concept and amount of skill put into this! I was beside myself when I didn't see "Print Available" underneath it, but am VERY glad to know that there is one. This picture will be going to the top of my 'To Buy' list.
All the time that you put into this was very worthwhile. This is just excellent.

First off the detail is amazing. Everything is perfect, even the box is well done. Major props. Second, the concept is cool. I, and many of my friends refer to our rooms as dungeons and caves and what-not, but I like the box idea. Keep up the great work!

I know how hard 3d Studio Max is so I know this really is a good piece plus smart move on the one tone. When I first saw the thumb It looked like a real life model and when I read how you made this I am still as impressed. Perfection as close as it comes with this one

I've felt like this more then once in my life as I pursue what once was a hobbie, is now an addiction [the computer].
Excellent modeling by the way, and I love the way it's untextured to give a very... I can't quite coin the feeling it gives to the artwork but it just helps it out in someway.
