Oh I have done these, few times and noticed you can look through the eyes and they get foggy. I used this anti-fogging treatment stuff which is meant for motocycle helmet things and it totally worked

what ive found, is if you paint the outside of the half-globe, it creates a follow-me eye!

I don't quite follow. Β What do you mean by that (working on making some follow-me eyes, and they're not working quite right).

Not at all, vision is through the mesh of the tear ducts.
